The WinMax Software that powers these machines is the KEY to our new efficacy. By reducing programming time along with setup time.
Also we feature 4 Cincinnati Milacron Machining Centers as well as Various Manual Machines, Deep Hole Drilling, Surface Grinders.
Over the years we have seen the Market change from Sub plate Mounted Valving to more Compact Cartridge Valves and we have Grown to meet demand by adding an extensive amount of Cartridge Valve tooling, along with various porting options (i.e. BSPP, BSPT, ISO-6149, SAE, NPT). We will also machine in ANY alloy. (i.e. Steel, Aluminum, Stainless etc.)

Steel Manifold With Nickel Plating used for Off Shore Oil Drilling which is rated for 6,000 psi and 100 gpm. The Circuit is completed with a combination of Screw-in Type Cartridge and Direct Mounted Valves. This Replaced older less efficient components and took half the space on the Drilling Rig. Customer was so pleased they continue to retrofit older rigs with this design.
